PAT Test Ayrshire was set up at the beginning of 2022 by your test engineer, Willie.

Before Covid struck, Willie worked as an aircraft mechanic on both military and civil aircraft. When the downturn in the aviation sector ended up with job losses, he ended up working in retail picking and delivering shopping to elderly and vulnerable people in the Ayrshire area.

During a discussion with a friend at the beginning of 2022, he decided to reskill to carry out portable appliance testing and PAT Test Ayrshire was born.

We've now carried out several successful tests for very happy customers and hope to be the first person you call on for all your electrical appliance safety tests.

Willie likes his coffee white with two sugars, especially on the 8am bookings :)
